Paying Bills with Globe Telecom
Have you ever thought of paying extra service fees using third party channels just to pay for your Globe Postpaid/ Globe at Home Bills?
Worry no more because Globe just made it easier for you to pay your bills online through their online channel at https://www.globe.com.ph/paybill. All you need to have is your credit/debit card ( Visa or Mastercard because I tried it with American Express and it won’t work as AMEX has a 4-digit CVV code and the payment form only accepts 3 digits) or just simply use your GCash account.
For Globe Postpaid Mobile, just simply enter your mobile number and for Globe Broadband, you may need to enter your account number for the payment to be recorded.
You won’t believe it, for just 2 minutes of payment verification, payment get posted real time. This is really a great innovation for Bill Payment Convenience as you won’t need to wait for a turn around time of 24-48 business hours (which is the normal TAT) for the payment to be posted.
What’s good about it is if your line was disconnected, once your online payment is successful then automatic reconnection of your line will be processed. Everything is now automated so I highly suggest that you utilize the online payment channel at https://www.globe.com.ph/paybill to make your life easier with Globe.
Also, I tried to process my payment online using BPI Express Mobile App and payment was posted in less than 24 hours, how great is that? Usually, if payment was processed through BPI Express Online, the posting would take up to 3 business days but now, everything is swift and fast.
I would really give Globe 5/5 rating when it comes to giving their subscribers a convenient way in paying bills. I hope that I will see more good things with Globe in the future.
